The PWHS core group held a planning session for year 2002 last Saturday, March 21, 2002 at the Betania Retreat House in Quezon City. This is the second consecutive year that the PWHS core group had a planning session. Among the planned activities for the year are: the preparation of the Catechism on Purgatory, as a pre-requisite for the 

Speakers’ Training Program; the preparation of a Prayer Manual (on-going project); refinement of the database of its membership; to increase the membership by at least 20%; to have a Recognition Day activity as part of the Foundation Day activities on July 29, 2002; and to have the 2nd National Congress of the PWHS on the last weekend of July 2003.

The 1st PWHS National Congress was held last July 29, 2000 at the Worship Hall of the Spirit of Love Catholic Community in the Manila Seedling Bank Compound. It was felt by the core group that a national congress every three years would be a most welcome activity for the apostolate.
