the occasion of the Year of the Rosary for your 2nd National Congress and your 11th Foundation Day Celebration on the 19th of July, 2003. Expressing my appreciation for your fervent initiatives, I earnestly encourage you to persevere in the work which proved so efficacious in the lives of the faithful and to the apostolic activities of the Church. It is also my prayer that devoutly gathered together at the school of Mary (cf. Rosarium Virginis Mariae, 1), you will contribute effectively to the building up of the ecclesial communion and the fruitfulness of the new evangelization in this new millennium.
