We are all sinners and we all have to do ‘time’ in this world or the next, Purgatory. Let us pray for one another. And you did mention this holding place before Heaven for, I think, a good many of us. There is suffering far greater then we can imagine but there is a joy that the holy souls have as they will eventually get to Heaven. In hell there is no hope but suffering and terrible hatred and despair. I send copy of this letter to those with the purgatory apostolate and maybe they can send more info on this great devotion to the holy souls. (copy of letter received from Bro. Servants and I received the package with the books (RMRI, HTAP, PMAP) and were able to give them as Christmas gifts including to our parish priest, Fr. Cesar Gonzales. Before each meal, we pray for the souls in Purgatory. We also pray as often as we remember St. Gertrude’s prayer and the novenas in "Read Me or Rue It". We also have Tagalog novenas.
