Bishop "SOC" to Celebrate

Mass for THE HOLY SOULS

HIS EXCELLENCY BISHOP SOCRATES B. VILLEGAS, newly installed Auxiliary Bishop of Manila, will be the main celebrant on Friday, Nov. 2, 2001, in a mass to be celebrated in commemoration of the faithful departed. This is an activity undertaken by the PRAYER WARRIORS OF THE HOLY SOULS in compliance with the pastoral suggestion of His Eminence, Jaime L. Cardinal Sin to the PWHS (see page 2), the mass will be held at St. Pancratius Church in La Loma, Rizal Ave. (few meters from the main entrance), Caloocan City. The Parish Priest is Fr. Medardo Ong. The mass will be at 9:00am, and will be preceded by the launching of a 9-day novena for the holy souls at 8:45am. This activity is open to the public.

The core group of the PWHS, area coordinators and its membership, have been mobilized to initiate the 9-day novena in their respective prayer groups, parishes, and families.
